Elizabeth Bird, Managing Director at Indigo Green, is an experienced recruitment manager and trainer.  She began her career in recruitment at Arthur D Little in London as the graduate and MBA recruitment manager for the UK before moving to Shell International.

 

Elizabeth has worked across a range of industries including Oil & Gas, Consulting, Private Equity, Financial Services and Education as well as charitable organisations.  She has extensive experience in attracting, assessing and selecting graduate, MBA and experienced level hires and has worked on both local and global recruitment projects.  Alongside her work with corporate clients, Elizabeth also works as an associate career coach at a number of international business schools, supporting students in preparation for interviews and assessments.  

Elizabeth holds a degree in Geography from the University of Durham.  She is BPS Level A&B accredited in Occupational Assessment.
